Vuriti Rama Prasad Memorial Scholarship

In July 2015 'Vuriti Rama Prasad Memorial Scholarship' was launched by his son Vuruti Kiran, an alumni of 1999 batch from SKVT school in memory of his father, Late Shri Vuriti Rama Prasad. A well respected accountant at a private firm for 30 years, he motivated his close friends and family through hard work and dedication. His support for under privileged and affection for kids inspired his son to start this initiative and support SKVT Alumni Trust's "Educate a Child - Scholarship Program".

By means of this grant their endeavor is to rekindle his caring spirit towards youngsters and at the same time be a stepping stone to their bright future. The annual program will provide funding for tuition fees, books, stationery and related expenses for 5 children from the school who are from financially challenged family & have a strong will to study and thus succeed in life.

May this effort create a positive impact on young members of our community and encourage many others who can, to give back to society they grew up in.
